Leader

Last night i went visiting one of our outlet as we had numerous
complaint on customer service level at this outlet...i was there early
and spied on em...as expected the whole team did not perform up to our
standard

But that is secondary...i am seeing this issue on two
perspective...one is leadership....for a bunch of people to excel,they
really need a strong leader to lead...when the leader failed,the whole
team would fall into the dark abyss...well not that dramatic but that
what had happened i suppose...in which the so called manager here
failed to be a good leader...but that bring up to me...one of my
manager failed...what that make me then??

Secondly i have to accept defeat,some people are a good employee even
a good supervisor but do not have the cut to be a manager...u can
train them but if they could not accept it or perhaps refuse to open
up, they are that and will always be that...a good second men....i was
let down by these kind of people through out my whole managerial
experience...but somehow i am stubborn enough that i like to put on
faith on people....somehow i felt everybody should at least be given a
chance...i know it is not holly war but then....
